The dry granules are poured directly into the mouth where they dissolve rapidly without requiring water.
The dry granules combine the messenger substance melatonin with passion flower and lemon balm extract. Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. The positive effect is noticeable when at least 0.5 mg melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel, and also on the initial days after arrival at the destination. The vegan formulation has a blueberry flavour and is sugar-free.
