The connective tissue consists of various types of tissue and fibres in the body. It supports and stabilises us, and is involved in transferring strength from the muscles to the bones. Elastin and collagen are important components of the connective tissue cells.
Orthomol Tendo contains collagen hydrolysate, enzymes and omega-3 fatty acids. In the interests of combatting doping, Orthomol Tendo is included on the Kölner Liste® (Cologne List®) to achieve greater transparency and safety.

Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into 150 – 200 ml of still water every day and take with or after a meal together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules. The enzyme tablet is recommended to be taken about 1/2 hour before a meal.
